Al-Alfiyya
of Ibn Malik
Al-Alfiya is a didactic poem
consisting of 1000 lines, giving an advanced presentation of
the Arabic grammar. iit is usually studied together with a
commentary, after having studied more fundamental texts, such as the
Ajurumiyya, Qtar al-Nida and Shudur al-Dhahab.
