Some (experimental) pictures with a Nikon Coolpix 990 digital camera.

The advantages of a digital camera are obvious. You can decide immediately if  the picture isn't good and change the exposure parameters accordingly. The drawback is still the prizetag. And the laptop computer that goes with it, to make this concept work in the field.

With my All Sky Mirror. Good for bright Aurorae and meteors, I anticipate.

Now, with my birdspotting telescope again, equipped with a T-Scanner (Ha) filter. Quite nice, I think!
