This is just an texture re placer that don't need any esp or so,
you just copy the "texture" folder in to your Oblivion/Data folder.

The textures enhances and gives repair hammers, lock picks and
the skeleton key a better look. There are three different versions of
the hammer, Gold, Silver or Metal. (you can only use one of them)
