"You let a wolf save your life, and
then you pay and pay and pay and pay..."

What would the great television show dueSouth
have been without Fraser's headstrong half-wolf companion Diefenbaker?
Probably still a very good show, but much less fun. Forget about Dino,
Lassie, Flipper, Salem, Oz... okay, not Oz. Dief is the ultimate TV
animal.
But is he given fair treatment online? Oh no. There are stories out
there, but they are hard to find. I have browsed through endless dS
sites to bring you the work of these wonderful authors. If you
appreciate the stories, please tell the writers so by sending them
feedback. That way, you encourage them to write more stories about our
beloved Dief.
Thank you kindly for reading.
From the moderator of Two Axes
comes this statement:
Deaf Suits Him
The characters in these stories belong to Alliance, not to the
authors, nor me, and nobody makes any money on this. We mean no
copyright infringement, we're just enjoying ourselves.
Since this is not an American page, and since I'm not really
into that sort of things, there will be no ratings. However, the
summaries can give some indication of what to expect. "Slash"
means expressions of love and/or sexuality between two people of the
same sex. If that bothers you, don't read those stories.
If you wish to read more stories than the ones on this page, mail me
and I'll give you the URLs to stories whose authors I haven't been able
to reach.

discover about your packmates when no one is paying attention to you.
Mangy
Dog (offsite link)
"Keep him?" His father was looking at him with amused tolerance: a
look that Benton privately detested. "What do you want a mangy dog like

It was only a matter of time before something like this happened.
Dief would never abandon a chase. Dief would chase the blasted woman
straight into the heart of hell, if necessary. Why hadn't he ever taken
the time to talk to Dief about what constituted "reasonable pursuit"?
Slash.
