Bubba
What is Bubba
Bubba is a nifty little device that will act like a NAS, printer server, download manager, streaming media server, mail manager... actually almost anything you can think of. It is powered by an ARM9 processor running a full-featured Debian GNU/Linux operating system, so there is almost no end to the possibilities. Head on over to Excito for more information on Bubba.
Below you will find applications and other stuff I make that may be useful if you own a Bubba Server (you are of course welcome to use it even if you don't own one).
Don't hesitate to contact me if you find a bug, want to suggest an improvement or just want to let me know what you think of it. You can find my contact information from the menu above
- Bubbamon
- Bubbamon will run on a Bubba Server, gathering information like harddisk usage, temperature and information about active downloads. This information will then be presented on the display of a Pinnacle/Roku SoundBridge device.
- Repository scripts
- This is a script that will make it easier to switch between the excito repository and the debian repository. It also contains a solution that may prevent a corrupt bubba if you upgrade your software but forget to restore the repository to excito.
