SSC kvällsrace 11

We at SSC (Stockholm Slotcar Club) held our 11:th evening race the 5:th of March and Richard Lund TQ:ed again
(I don't have the results at the moment).
From qualifying the drivers were divided into two semi-finals from which the two first moved up to final.
From some close racing in semi-B Mats Hummel 143 laps and Marcus Hammenstad 142 laps moved up.
From the semi-A Rickard Lundh 136 laps and Juha Honkanen 134 laps moved up.
Marcus Hammenstad took an early lead followed by Mats Hummel.
In the first heat Juha's controller broke down which sent him into the pits with a broken controller and a broken car.
In the fourth heats Mats Hummel suffered a transmission failure which sent him into retirement.
Marcus held the lead all to the end and finished with a new track record 220 laps. In second spot came Richard Lundh with 208 laps.
