Nats 2003

The US Nats is hosted at the raceway "Track" located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
If we go 15 years back Nats was almost a week long with different car classes with beginner-, amateur., semipro- and pro drivers.
Could it be more?
Yes!

It is five days left before G-7 is run but the Nats has already had racing for almost five days.
Some classes has had a good turnout. In the amateur Grp. 12 class there were 53 drivers!
When qualifying was done it was 4 a clock in the morning and the race continued at 9 am.

I called Mike Swiss at the track but he was to busy preparing his stuff so I did not get any chance to find out more than that the Brazilians had arrived and that they still waited for the first European to show up.

The results below comes from Paul Kassens "Old Weird Herald". Without him we would not know anything. Thank you Paul.
