In the Open12 race we only had five drivers so they all raced in the main.
Pole setter Mikael Palmqvist shared the lead with Jonas Wågman
after the first heat. Then in the following heats Mikael just went faster
and faster and won with a 33 lap margin!
Behind him Evelina Axelsson and Jimmy Månström had a close battle
and when the race was over
Evelina had just exited top turn while Jimmy were on his way into the same
turn on the same lap.

Mikael Gustavsson won the semi finals in front of Torgny Nordgen,
Michael Landrud and Kenth Jansson The difference were only 10 laps between
the first and sixth.
After the first head Kenth Jansson had the lead one lap ahead of
Michael Landrud who was two laps in front of Mikael Gustavsson.
In the second heat Kenth, on white, just stamped his authority on this main
and went into a 10 lap lead in front of Mikael Gustavsson who had a one lap
cushion to Michael Landrud.
Third heat saw Kenth just extending his lead. Mikael Gustavsson also extended
his margin to Michael and the difference between these two were now three
laps.
Fourth heat. Kenth fastest again. Michael Landrud pulled back two
laps on Mikael G.
In the fifth heat Michael Landrud pulled back two more laps on Mikael G.
and he had not the second place.
The last head did not do any changes to positions.
Kenth Janssons winning margin was at the end 15 laps.
Behind the top runners we found Mikael Silén who did
a good job. This was his first race on this track. His first Eurosport race
ever and he did it all with borrowed equipment and arriving the race day
and learning from the few minutes of practice that he got.
