Install Instructions for the Adlerkorps Equipment file

1. ALWAYS make sure you start with a Pg2 1.02 - or the upgrade will not work! You can get the 1.02 patches from http://www.wargamer.com/pg2campaigns/steve/upgrade/pg2-uc.htm

2. Download the equipment files "Adlerkorps 4000 Beta v. 0.XX" (these are the equip97.eqp, equip97.txt, gui97.txt and names.txt files. Note that the 0.XX version number may change).
3. Download the new exe file ("PG2UK210.exe").
4. Download the graphics upgrades ("New Panzer2.dat" and "Graphic Switch").
5. Download the sound upgrade ("Soundup").

6. Back up your equip97.eqp, equip97.txt, gui97.txt and panzer2.dat files (these are located in your main Pg2 folder).
7. Run the 008dat.exe (which is a self-extracting exe) which you downloaded in step 4 and let it extract the new Panzer2.dat into your main Pg2 folder - dont worry, you backed it up in step 6. If you extract it to any other place than your main Pg2 folder, remember to move it from that folder to your main Pg2 folder.
8. Extract the PG2UK210.zip you downloaded in step 3 to your main Pg2 folder - it will put a new exe file (PG2UK210.exe) to run the game with.
9. Extract the graphicswitch10h.exe (it is a self-extracting exe) that you downloaded in step 4 to your main Pg2 folder (make sure to allow it to use the pre-set folders).
10. Run the PG2GraphSwitcher.exe in the "PG2GraphSwitchV10Tool" folder that was created in step 9 and add the "Adlerkorps 4000 Efile (post 2.0)" flags and dossier.

11. Extract the soundup 2005 you downloaded in step 5 and run it and follow the instructions on the screen.

12. Extract the equipment files you downloaded in step 2 to your main Panzer General 2 directory and overwrite the old ones - dont worry, you backed them up in step 6.

13. Play and enjoy, but remember that you need to start the game with the Pg2UK210.exe to use the new features.
