Police women are now allowed as Riot Officers. Exactly what tasks they will perform is not known.
Besides the different rank insignias there are only two different cap insignas and a sleeve patch for the left arm.
The officers regulary train different martial arts. Earlier, ropes were used instead of handcuffs.
