Distilled water is not just like any other purified water


I realized the importance of drinking purified water many years ago. My first water purifier was a Berkey Light which had quite a few good reviews, one of them being that it doesn't require electricity as it is a gravitational system. (Pour tap - or lake, pond etc - water into the upper container which goes through a filtration system and drops down in a lower container.)

Distilled water does more than water purified by other means.
Distilled water is negatively charged while impurities in our body is positively charged, so it draws out these from our cells through osmosis and gets rid of them, all the while it alkalizes our body. And I already learnt that cancer and pathogens thrives in an acidic environment while cannot survive when it's slightly basic (above pH 7.4).

Critics of drinking distilled water protest all over the internet. Distilled water is lacking valuable trace minerals as nothing else is left but water after the distillation process. So you have to add minerals to it - they say.

But if you add trace minerals to your distilled water, then you minimise this beneficial detox function of distilled water. So you'd better get your trace minerals through your food - and/or through supplements (physically or vibrationally) - in stead of from your water, and let it do it's job.

In their best-selling health and nutrition book, FIT FOR LIFE II: LIVING HEALTH, Harvey & Marilyn Diamond write: "Distilled water has an inherent quality, acting almost like a magnet. It picks up rejected, discarded, and unusable minerals and, assisted by the blood and lymph, carries them to the lungs and kidneys for elimination from the body. The statement that distilled water leaches necessary minerals from the body has no basis in fact. It doesn't leach out minerals that have become part of the cell structure. It can't and won't. Prevention and natural treatment:

* Water fasting - nothing but water for 3 days, then eat moderately, then repeat fasting. Start slowly: 1 day per week, 2 days next week, then 3 days without food; only pure water, or maybe herbal tea. Take it easy at late stage cancer with fasting!
* Intermittent fasting when cancer is in regression or gone (every third day eat less).
* No sugar & eat less carbohydrates! – Cancer cells need sugar to grow.

Chronic metabolic acidosis primarily affects two alkaline digestive glands, the liver and the pancreas, which produce alkaline bile and pancreatic juice with a large amounts of bicarbonate. Even small acidic alterations in the bile and pancreatic juice pH can lead to serious biochemical changes. The pancreatic digestive enzymes require an alkaline milieu for proper function, and lowering the pH disables their activity. Here we are at the beginning of digestive orders and even of cancer. This can be easily reversed with bicarbonates and suggests why magnesium bicarbonate in particular, and sodium and potassium bicarbonates should be used in all pancreatic cancer treatments.


Sole Water

  • Get a glass jar, ideally something like a wide-mouth mason jar.
  • A non-metal lid or plastic.
  • You will also need 1-2 cups of Celtic Salt or Himalayan Salt.
  • Clean fresh water. 

  • How to Make Sole Water
  • Fill up the jar up to about 1/4 with your salt of choice (Celtic Salt or  Himalayan Salt).
  • Fill the jar with water but leave around one inch at the top.
  • Shake the jar to mix up the solution and remember to put the lid on first.
  • Leave the sole mixture overnight so that the salt can dissolve.
  • If the salt doesn’t fully dissolve then leave it for some more time.
  • That’s it, your sole salt water mix is ready!

  • How to Use Sole Water
    Mix 1 teaspoon of the concentrated sole in a glass of water and consume on an empty stomach every morning. Do not use metal equipment to measure or touch the sole with metal objects.

    DO NOT drink the concentrated sole water, simply take a tea spoon of it and add it to freshwater.



    The Budwig Protocol

    The mixing ratio is two tablespoons of cottage cheese to one tablespoon of flax oil. Mix only the amount you are consuming at one time so it is mixed fresh each and every time. One example would be to mix (4) tablespoons of cottage cheese to (2) tablespoons of flax oil, consumed twice daily or more depending on the severity of the health condition one is attempting to address. One should probably start slowly with the oil, maybe just once a day and work their way up letting the body adjust to the protocol. The oil and the cottage cheese must be thoroughly mixed at a low speed, using an Immersion Blender, blending until a creamy texture with no standing oil is achieved.
    The mixture should then be immediately consumed.
    Do not add anything to the mixture until after it is mixed.
    We have always recommended using the immersion [stick or wand like] mixer (in Swedish: stavmixer) for the flaxseed oil and cottage cheese.
    You may also stir in with a spoon 2-3 tablespoons of organic low-fat milk for a creamier mixture. This can be mixed in by hand after the initial blending. The mixture can be flavored differently every day by adding nuts, preferably organic such as pecans, almonds or walnuts (not peanuts), banana, organic cocoa, organic shredded coconut, pineapple (fresh), blueberries, raspberries, cinnamon, or (freshly) squeezed fruit juice. It’s usually best to place the fresh fruit on top of the completed mixture and enjoy as its own meal. Try your best to obtain organic fruit when possible. Many times this can be found frozen when not in season.


    Natural cancer treatment:

    1. Take 1/4 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate, 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 1.5 grams L-arginine, four times per day. This will alkalize your body (get the pH to 7.4) and the nitric oxide (L-arginine) is essential for oxygen transfer / respiration to the cells. (Note: You can do this without L-arginine, but with it it's somewhat more efficient.)
    2. Boost your oxygen respiration between the body cells, using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Put into 2-3 dl (or more) of water 3 drops of 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide.     Cancer cells are immortal. As long as they have a source of energy, they continue to divide. When we get old, our cells stop dividing.
    What is the disease that causes the symptom cancer? I thought you would never ask. The disease is two-fold.     Energize Your Healing Process
    In addition to acidity and alkalinity, pH also refers to voltage, but the scale in this case ranges from –400 to +400 millivolts, with 0 in the middle. Moving down the scale from 0 into the negative range indicates increasing levels of health, while moving up the scale into the positive range indicates increasing dysfunction. Healthy adults normally measure –20 millivolts (mv) of energy, which translates to a pH of 7.35. Children, young adults, and athletes commonly measure –30 mv of energy. Problems occur when a body’s voltage drops below the necessary operating level of –20 mv. Thus, at -15 mv, a person is tired. At -10 mv, he/she is sick. At -5 mv organs are no longer able to function properly. Problems resulting from continued drops in voltage include chronic pain, a decrease in oxygen levels, and infections. (Note: Infections continue to increase damage by feeding on healthy cells.) Remember, moving up this scale into the positive range increases vulnerability to illness. At +30 mv, the cellular electrical system malfunctions, reversing cellular polarity (the way electricity is conducted through cells). Damage also occurs to DNA, and cancer is able to gain a foothold in the body and grow.

    Oxygen and Voltage
    Without oxygen, the body—and all of its cells—can’t work. As oxygen levels decrease, so does health. In 1966 Otto Warburg, one of the twentieth century’s leading cell biologists, received a Nobel Prize for discovering that cancer cannot grow when normal oxygen levels are present. The amount of oxygen in cells is determined by voltage. If a cell has adequate voltage, it will also have adequate oxygen. If cellular voltage is low, the amount of oxygen in the tissues will be low. This applies to metabolism as well. When voltage and oxygen are low, metabolism becomes anaerobic, which means that oxygen is unavailable. Anaerobic metabolism is very inefficient.
    The Bohr Effect and Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments The Bohr Effect states that the amount of oxygen that will dissolve in a solution is dictated by the amount of voltage in the solution. Remember, the human body is 75 percent water, which means this is a key fact for health. As voltage drops, less oxygen can be dissolved into cells. In some cases, hyperbaric oxygen treatments are used to increase oxygen levels in tissues. As oxygen levels rise, so does voltage. When voltage is normal, oxygen can enter cells automatically as needed.

    The person being tested is asked to sit down. They are then asked to "Take a deep breath, and hold it as long as you can." The result, in seconds, is recorded. The respiratory rate rate-(breath hold/5) is also recorded. So if the respiratory rate is 16 and the breath hold is 60, we get 16-(60/5), or 16-12 = 4. "This cheap and simple strategy also improves patients' nutritional status, and has the potential of translating into significant economic, quality of life, and clinical outcome benefits," researcher Magdi Yaqoob, MD, of the Royal London Hospital, said in a statement to the media.

    This is an enormously important finding because CKD is a growing
    health problem, both in the UK and the US. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), between1990 and 2000, the number of people with kidney failure requiring dialysis or transplantation in the US virtually doubled to 380,000. If this trend continues, around 700,000 people will have serious kidney failure by 2010.

    Dr. Yaqoob studied 134 patients with advanced CKD and low bicarbonate levels, a condition known as
    metabolic acidosis. One group of these patients was treated with a small daily dose of sodium bicarbonate in tablet form, in addition to their usual care. The results? The rate of decline in kidney function was dramatically reduced in these patients. Overall, the decline was about two-thirds slower than in patients not given sodium bicarbonate. "In fact, in patients taking sodium bicarbonate, the rate of decline in kidney function was similar to the normal age-related decline," Dr. Yaqoob stated.

    The patients taking sodium bicarbonate were also less likely to develop end-stage renal
    disease (ESRD) which causes people with CKD to undergo regular dialysis. In addition, those taking sodium bicarbonate also had improvement in several measures of nutrition. And, even though their levels of sodium went up, they did not experience increased blood pressure. Low bicarbonate levels are common in patients with CKD and can lead to a wide range of other problems. "This is the first randomized controlled study of its kind," says Yaqoob. "A simple remedy like sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), when used appropriately, can be very effective."

    The NIH estimates that 20 million Americans have significantly reduced kidney function, and even a small decline in kidney function can double a person's risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Many people will experience heart attacks or strokes before they are even aware they have

However it is available in a variety of different grades with varying properties utilized by commercial, industrial, medical, military, scientific and domestic uses.     Making a 3% Solution
    To make a 3% solution of H2O2 from 35% solution dilute 1 part 35% H2O2 to 11 parts distilled water. For example to 550ml distilled water add 50ml of 35% H2O2. You will now have 600ml of 3% H2O2.

    Medicinal

    • Emphysema – Using 28ml of 35% peroxide per 4.5 litre’s of distilled water in a vaporizer improves nighttime breathing tremendously. However intravenous infusion holds the real key to relief. It has the ability to cleanse the inner lining of the lungs and restore the ability to breathe. (Note: Intravenous infusion of Hydrogen Peroxide solution must not be carried out without supervision and administration of a registered health care professional).

    • Douche - For an effective way of treating bacterial vaginosis use 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of water in a douche daily.

    • Enema - Use 3-5 tablespoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide to 1 litre of distilled water maximum dosage. Start with 2-3 tablespoons and increase the amount.

    • Colonic - Use 560ml of 3% solution to 23 litre’s of water. Start with 290ml and gradually increase to 560ml.

    • Vegetable and Meat wash - Put some Himalayan crystal salt along with 40ml of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide into a regular washing up bowl of cool water and use to rinse fish, chicken, meat and vegetables killing bacteria and viruses. Rinse after with clean water. This process will increase the life of food. Research published by the Journal of Food and Science in 2003 showed effective results of using hydrogen peroxide to decontaminate apples and melons that were infected with strains of E.coli. This will apply to fish and meats containing potentially detrimental bacteria. I wash all of my fruit and vegetable this way as soon as I get it home.

    • Dishwasher Additive - Add 60ml of 3% Hydrogen peroxide to your dishwasher to prevent spreading of colds and disease also to make your dishes sparkle.

    • Dental Hygiene - Tooth brushes can be soaked in 3% H2O2 between uses to eliminate most germs. Remember to store it in a dark container to prevent degradation.

    • Mouthwash - The Merck Manuals recommended diluting 3% hydrogen peroxide 50/50 with distilled water. This solution can simply be used as a mouthwash and will help to whiten teeth and fight oral disease.

    • Nasal wash - Tilt your head back and spray 50/50 solution of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide mixed with water when you have a cold or blocked sinus, this will help clear and kill bacteria, hold for a moment and blow out into a tissue.

    • Ear wash - Use 50/50 water and 3% solution as a rinse to clear blocked ears and treat infections.

    • Laundry - Add 225ml of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to your wash in place of bleaches.  

    • Hair Dye - The old classic, mix 3% solution 50/50 with distilled water and spray on damp hair after a shower and comb through. This will give a more natural highlighted affect.

    • Removing Fresh Blood Stains - Pour 3% solution onto fresh unset blood stains and let sit for a minute. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. (Not hot, this will set the blood). Be careful though as H2O2 is a bleach.

    • Removing wine stains from carpet - First spot test an area of carpet for colour fastness. Apply 3% solution to stain through spay bottle or with cotton bud for small drops. Work the solution into the carpet with a sponge to make sure it’s saturated. Let sit for 10-15 minutes and blot with a clean dry cloth.

    • Large scale Cleaning - For entire rooms that have become contaminated by fungus, moulds, bacteria for example after flood damage or waste spillage. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) listed hydrogen peroxide as among the substances that can be used against mold. A 3% solution used in a large pressurized sprayer can be used to apply throughout the room.  

    • Toothpaste - When mixed with correct quantities of baking soda and salt. Mix ¼ cup of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide with ½ cup of baking soda to form a paste. Store in a plastic container which light cannot pass through. 

    • Use as a foot soak - Add a few tablespoons of Epsom salts and add 100ml-200ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide to a bowl of warm water. This will help to heal cuts, athlete’s foot, scaly skin and calluses.

    • Bath soak - Add 280ml to 560ml of 35% solution to a full bath of water along with ½ a cup of Epsom salts for an amazing detoxifying soak, (note do not detoxify after 6-7pm as increased oxygen may keep you awake).

    • Tile grout cleaning in baths and showers - Spray the tiles with a 3% solution in a spray bottle and allow to soak for 10-15 minutes now scrub with a toothbrush soaked in the solution, mildew and tough stains will disappear rapidly.

    • Removing pet odours from carpets - Use a 3% solution in a spray bottle and thoroughly saturate the area. Let stand. After at least 30 minutes, spray again, and then spread a paste of baking soda and 3% hydrogen peroxide over the area and let stand until dry. Vacuum when dry.

    • Humidifiers/steamers - Add 550ml of 3% H2O2 to 4.5 litre’s (4500ml) of water for better cleaning results and also keeping the machine clean.

    • Body spray - Spray 3% solution on to your body after washing to replace the acid mantle on your skin that soap removes.

    • Facial cleanser - Use 3% H2O2 on cotton wool balls to wipe your face after washing and before bed.


    Garden Use
    Hydrogen Peroxide acts as an oxygen supplement for plants. It aids both good health and strong growth for plants. As a general fertilizer, either watering plants or spraying foliage. Add 150ml-250ml of 3% H2O2 to 4.5 litre’s of distilled water for general use.
    • Sick plants - Spray on leaves and add to water as treated tap water is depleted in oxygen. Spray on tree cuts to prevent infection.

    • Greenhouse use - To control mould and mildew.

    • Sprouting seeds - Add 28ml 3% hydrogen peroxide to 560ml of water and soak the seeds overnight. The seeds will sprout faster and grow stronger. 

    • Root cuttings - Added to the water in which the cuttings are in or used in watering the soil in which they are planted.

    • Controlling mould and fungus on plants or in the soil - Again use a solution to spray and water the plants.

    • Weed killer - Used in a stronger solution 10% plus will kill weeds. However this is a stronger solution and will kill other plants, avoid use around food crops.

    • Insecticide spray - put 225g of white sugar and 100ml – 250ml H2O2 in 4.5 litre's of water, spray on to crops as a chemical free insecticide.

    • Water purification (disinfectant) - put 150ml-300ml of 35% H2O2 into 4.5 litre’s of water if very contaminate, (allow water to stand in an open container for several hours).

    • Water Storage - Put 30ml-50ml of 35% H2O2 in to every 4.5 litre’s if water is going to be stored for longer than 2 months.

    • Hot tubs and pools - According to the Merck index, hydrogen peroxide can be used as a water disinfectant. In fact, it is used internationally for water disinfection, treatment of waste water, water gardens and, increasingly, in swimming pools and spas. You can eliminate the use of chlorine or bromine chemicals in the spa and use hydrogen peroxide instead of these chemicals. Detailed methods for implicating use of Hydrogen Peroxide in spa’s and pools must be followed for correct results.
